Do you have more recipes using flax seed? I primarily consume flax seeds that have been ground in my soy shake recipes included both in my book and on this website. However, when I cook, I often add ground flax seeds (I use my coffee grinder for this) to recipes such as pancakes, waffles, all baked goods like muffins, and all crispy coatings for fish or tofu. I don't have any set proportions that I use - I just throw some in. On days that I don't make a shake, I have a breakfast that is commonly enjoyed in Canada: granola or museli (I sprinkle a tablespoon of ground flax seeds on top of the cereal), topped with yogurt and then topped with fresh or frozen fruit.
