Diana, what are the top 10-20 foods that you make sure you eat on a regular basis?
What a good question! I will just simply list them in alphabetical order. All these foods have components with significant anti-cancer activity, in addition to multiple other healthful benefits. I eat most of these foods on a daily basis, or like in the case of fatty fish, at least a couple of times per week.
You will find dozens of recipes on my web site that incorporate these foods. I buy most of these foods every time I go to the grocery store. I could add many other wonderful foods, too, if I could make a list of 50-100 foods, herbs, and spices. :-)
