I
learned about this technique for baking a large number of
potatoes during a cooking demonstration from The Cancer Project
(http://www.cancerproject.org/)
. I have done it for white, Yukon golds, and sweet potatoes.
It works like a charm.
3-5 pound
bag of potatoes
Wash them
well. Put into a large crock-pot and cook on low for 7-9
hours until you can easily pierce them with a fork.
That’s
it! Serve with a meal, freeze, or use as an ingredient in
another recipe. Here are a few recipes on my web site to
