2 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 red apple, chopped into medium chunks
1/4 cup Annie’s Naturals Organic Spicy Ginger Marinade
2 Tbsp. water
small handful pomegranate seeds

Directions:
-
Mix the green and red cabbage, celery, nuts, and apple
pieces in a bowl large enough to carefully stir the ingredients.
- Shake or mix together the marinade and water then pour
over the slaw and toss until all ingredients are coated
lightly.
- Add the pomegranate seeds on top for garnish
Makes about 6 cups of slaw. Enjoy!
