Graduation Party

Graduations are special milestones. Here is an easy to fix assortment of foods to suit everyone's tastes. Enjoy the day, indeed savor the accomplishment, while celebrating all the hard work of the graduate.

From the grill:

  • Spicy Chicken Kebobs - cut boneless chicken breasts into strips, thread onto short wooden skewers, marinate in a ziplock bag, grill and serve on the skewer
  • Marinated Tempeh Cubes - steam, marinate, and then grill tempeh cubes. Serve cubes with toothpick.
  • Uli's Famous Sausage - my husband sat next to Uli Lengenberg, a certified sausage Meister, on an airplane. They struck up a conversation, and Dick promptly ordered a variety of "Uli's Famous Sausage". He grilled these, cut them into ~1 inch pieces, and served the bite sized pieces with a toothpick.

Fruits and veggies:

Dips served with crackers (look for some free of trans-fats) and assorted fresh veggies:

Champagne, Cake, and Ice Cream with Sparklers!!
