Salmon Cracker Spread
avocados – peel and remove the stone
soft tofu – put in bowl with avocados
can salmon (I pick out the small skin pieces but leave
in the soft bones) – drain and put in bowl with other

for this dip, now are available both low-fat and trans-fat
free. Also good served with whole grain pita bread, either
fresh or toasted.
