foods that gave me a heart attack reading the ingredients. Here's
a recipe make-over so you can eat a delicious tuna-melt sandwich
with comfort :-)
small can water pack tuna, drained
cup soft tofu
large onion - diced small
Tbsp. black olive relish or tapenade
all the ingredients together. Serve as follows:
bagel halves (whole grain), 1 avocado - cut into slices, 1 large
fresh tomato sliced, broccoli sprouts, 4 slices of low-fat cheese
or soycheese flavor of your choice
avocado slices on the bagels, followed by a generous scoop of
the tuna salad, tomato slices, broccoli sprouts, and then a
slice of cheese.
under broiler until the cheese is bubbly and browned.
without any guilt as you eat all those healthy fats!!!
